Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are handled in a fair and case-specific manner, subject to the nature of the product or subscription purchased.

Digital Products

As a general rule, completed purchases of e-books, digital issues, and activated digital subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or in case of duplicate/technical payment errors.

Physical Orders

Cancellations for physical orders may be considered before dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and return handling will fall under the Return Policy.

Payment Errors

If you are charged more than once for the same order or subscription, or payment succeeds but entitlement is not activated, please contact us with transaction details for verification and resolution.
